If you use the race version how difficult is the install and did you keep your AC with it? I want my AC!
If you chos the street version does itcool your chargedair enough? What turbo's are you using with these IC's. Thanks and any more info is appreciated. Mark

Go full race if you're running a 20g+. Large sidemount/street fmic is plenty for a 16g setup... i would eliminate the ac if i did either one. :D

I am running dejon's race fmic. It is nice, I had to hack the crap out of my 97 bumper. would hate to see a smile face bumper. But there still is a couple inches hidden. Install was easy. only hard part was cutting the ridge out where the uicp goes through the radiator core support. The one down side is that it sits to high. I wish it sat about 2 inches lower. The core is awsome but does not tuck behind the lower flap of the bumper. Best 900 bones I have spent with the exception of dsmlink.

AC is for wussies. Ditch it! :thumb: I have that race FMIC (the earlier extrude tube type core)and no AC. You better have a good radiator and/or additional fan if you do not want to overheat. I only run the stock rad. fan even during the hottest summer days and do not overheat. :thumb:

diambo4life I don't use air very often but i want it to work. Anyone using the street version? Mark

I really don't think the 'small' FMIC would cool a ton better than their Supersidemount. If you are going to run a 16G or td0520G I would just stick with that. Or else big turbo=race FMIC.

The only thing I am worried about this I/C is hacking the rad support. Exactly which part of the front of the chassis is it?

The radiator support is the section that runs across the engine bay just in front of the radiator. If no-one had used the street version how can I get a bit of info on it? Dejon claims it will handle a 400HP motor and I am not looking to make that much. I just need to keep my 50 trim holding boost without knock as I make a few runs. Mark
