can i get far with the stock manifolds?

Hey guys I am almost finished with my 50 trim setup. Im waiting for my adfx intercooler, from thespeedfactor.com, and then I should be heading to sgp racing to get dynotuned. My question is mid 12's achievable with the stock intake manifold, stock cams, and stock exhaust manifold?
