help me find the right motor

Hey guys, im new on this forum. Being a member to a lot of different forums i know how it is to get repetative questions, I searched and didnt find out what i want to know so...

I am buying a 92 Eclipse GSX with no motor or tranny, it has the 4 bolt bottom, and drive shaft. I want to know where i can get a 92 JDM motor with 6 bolt AWD tranny.

Also im an X honda Tuner and motor swaps are cake with hondas, is there anything tricky i might be getting myself into when installing this motor? such as hooking the drive shaft back up, Certain vacuum hoses that i might get mixed up. Thanks guys

You have a 4 bolt rear end not bottom. And you dont need a JDM motor just find a 6 bolt motor out of an early 92 or previous years. The JDM motor and the 1g 6 bolt are identicle except for the cyclone intake manifold which you wouldn't use anyways. As far as find a motor and tranny just check out dsmtrader.com or the classifieds on here.

Ive done plenty of jdm4g63t swaps one including my car and a couple of others to friends
search online and u will find alot of companys that have the jdm 4g63t , the swap is easy i did not need any modifications i didn not use the cyclone intake , everything is straight forward all i used from my old engine was the whole thermostat housing and my old ac bracket everything else should be simple and jdm 4g63t run cheap nowadays i bought mine for 1175 including shipping from a company called noyan usa
