Understeer on my Talon is horrible. I want to be able to kick out my tail, and get sideways. I've seen EVOs do it in videos, and I was wondering what could be done to better drift a Talon?

1.)What steps can I take to eliminate understeer on my AWD Talon?
-I know shocks and springs will improve my grip, but will they eliminate the understeer?
-How will shocks/springs effect sliding?

2.)Has anyone ever been able to acomplish donuts in a Talon? I've seen an EVO do it, but never a Talon.

Thanx,

My friend and I just installed a 1" ST rear swaybar on my talon, handling is much better. Much more neutral, took out /alot/ of the bodyroll. If my shocks weren't so blown it'd be really great :thumb:

if u wanna slide get a rx7 or 240sx :thumb:

my original plan was a REW swap on a 2nd gen rx7... that would get sideways pretty easy

Here are some pics of me at the drift track; I can get loose and smoke all 4 tires, but the understeer was pretty bad, and I never got all the way sideways.

~I'm going to tighten up the e-brake and see how that helps.

Thanx,
DeathBeast
