Which universal MSD Superconductor 8.5 for 1g?

MSD makes specific wire sets for 2g, but not 1g, so I assume all the 1gs out there with MSD simply ordered the universal and clipped them all by themselves.

Which one?

From MSD

*Multi-Angle (M/A) which are straight, but can be bent over 90°.
*Socket are for the old style "socket" or points style caps.
*HEI boots are 90° that go on a terminal like that of a
spark plug and have a nipple on top of the boot for special retainers.
*90° are also for spark plug style terminals.

Is is the last row that only offer 8.5? The 31159?

Well, I'll just talk to myself.

Talked to a guy at Slowboy and he told me the ones made for 2gs fit the 1g, but they are a little long. So, they work fine. Here is that part number for anyone who interested.
MSD 32719

Also, MSD got back to me and I guess they make a set for the 1g- from MSD: "We offer a wire set for the 1992 Mitusbishi Eclipse 2.0L part number 32699".

So, fwiw, there is some info for you 1g guys. MSD's webiste doesn't show the 32699 (I don't think) but that info is straight from them.

The 2g wires I got for my 93 were a little short I had to route the longest wire behind the oil cap.

Thats amazing you got numbers. MSD flat out told me they dont make anything that fits 1g. I couldn't find the email but it wasnt 2 months ago. They also wouldnt sell the ends that fit on the plug with some extra wire behind it. I was just going to use the universal with the old style coil ends on them. you can make two sets for the price of one. If you want a wire with less resistance MOROSO blue max. I use MSD on all my other rigs but Im gonna try the blues on my dsm.
