Question about upgrading a Turbo!!

I was thinking of upgrading my turbo and I saw the ad on the front page about a T-28 for $599.00 with exchange of your turbo. Is this a good deal? I'm not heavy into drag racing, I just want to be able to get about 300 hp to the wheels and I will be satisfied. Will this turbo get me there? Any input from you guys would be great.

well dude i did that, personally i think its a really good deal, its one all around turbo, full boost at 3000 rpms, works really good, easily adjustable, id do it if i were you it sonds like thats the kind of turbo youd want. and i know it can exeed 300hp with right mods

Sounds like the T28 was made for you. Direct bolt on etc and I think it will support up to 350.

Would you ever need bigger then 550cc inj. to keep up with it at its max?

I was looking at the ad again and it's actually for a t-28, big t-28, and a big t-28 killer. They all cost the same so what's the difference in the turbo's?

Actually the ad is for the big t28 upgrade for your turbo, the t28 killer is $750 if you look on their site... That's what I'm gonna get! Sounds like the Big t28 would be perfect for you though!
