My goal for my gsx(for now :p ) is to max out an evo3 16g. The only part I'm having trouble deciding what to do is the fuel setup. I don't have any experience tuning so I it will be a learning process. From what I have read I think I need to go with at least 650's but what should I use to tune? How accurate is a maft translater? I read that I can use it in combination with a AFC to fine tune things. What are my other options here?

Thanks,
elight

Check my profile, I prolly got a cheapest way to get the EVOIII16G to max out.

And 550 is not enough. I'm going to get bigger injectors.

650's, Translator, SAFC II will work awesome with an EVO III 16g.

hehe, looks like you're describing my set up.
evo3 16G
FUEL: 650s, AFPR, Walbro pump
Tuning: MAFT (blow thru MAF)

I've got all of my trims with in 2% with the MAFT only for tuning so don't worry about not having enough adjustment. In my opinion, those fuel mods and the MAFT are the best way to support the evo3 16G (short of DSMLink). Good luck with your modding.
