Blew her up at 20 psi on the street.

Bottom end is done Rod or rod bearing or crank bearing.

Looking for engine options here in Canada. I would like to get a built short block or something similar still want to stick with a 2g motor though don't wanna be swapping in a 1g engine. It could have crank walked as well but Im not sure how to tell with an automatic car.

Open to suggestions.

Build a stroker motor:D ;)

how much of a PITA is the swap though? I have an auto do the trans bolt up with no problems? I need to get this thing back running even if I just rebuild mine myself I have the tools and the know how but I would rather get a complete short block or full motor from a wrecker. So what is involved in a 6 bolt swap?

Call me biatch. :thumb: I can get you everything you'll need. Plus I may just have a used 7 bolt kicking around if you can wait for a little bit.... ;) I heard it went 12.1 apparently.

Your best bet would be what I'm going to do is get a 6 bolt long block and slap it in the car. Your changing your trans over anyways, so it's easy to put the motor in at the same time. There is literally nothing to swapping in a 1G motor. Since you have a 2G now with all the parts a full 1G long block will have everything you need ifyou wanna go that way.

Don't worry, we fix!

I wondered why when I passed Aurora Mouldings the other day, your car wasn't there. Goodluck on the swap.

Hahaha Tim well it is my winter beater so its not there every day. Should be back on the road by the first week of sept. My garage is all done now other then wiring up the hoist.
