friend just purchased a 91 TSI AWD with some mods including ACT 2600, full rebuilt tranny, B16G, full 3" 02 eliminator, external dump, profec b set at 15 lbs, and K&N. Car runs great but around 5500 it starts to die out and i was wondering what kinda injectors and pump he needs to upgrade to to run 20 psi safe. Would a walbro 190 be enough or does he need a 255? and what kind of regulator should he use. Injectors he was thinking of using 550 but i dont know if that will be enough. thanks!

190lph rewired and he would probably not need a fpr. I would suggest 650-680's over the 550s.
