ok, i have a 20g ported and clipped 15 degrees, but it takes to long
for it to spool up. i was wondering if there is any other turbos that
will give me more hp than the 20g but spool up faster? and if so
what are they. i do have all the supporting mods

hehe, www.agpturbo.com L2R. I got one. And I switched from a S20G. The L2R makes way more power. And spools much quicker, especally between shifts. Thats all Im saying. Good luck.

i would have to agree, if you are in the market for a turbo. and you have or can afford the necessary supporting mods. to NOT buy a ball bearing turbo is silly. the agp product is very popular for good reasons. great customer service complete disclosure of turbo charger components."what a concept" all the owners that i have spoken to Sean ivy, ken bacon, GSX4LIFE;) and many other love there turbos.

thanks guys, when i bought my dsm it came with the 20g on it. and it was ok for me for a while but now i would like something else. and i have read about the l3r. is that better than the l2r that you all mentioned? is it streetable

ok candela, i'm probably taking it off within the next week or so.
but i will let you know

from what i understand the L2R flows aroud 850 cfmOMG and spools as quick as a 20G:thumb: what more could you ask for. unless you are building a sub 11 second race car, i think the L2R would be you're best choice.

Check out www.slowboyracing.com. We have some great turbos for very good prices. The M-Series, G-Series, Mitsu. turbos and the GT-Series. Mike Huml is a great guy and can help you with any turbo question you have. He knows his stuff on turbos.

You don't want the L3R. Trust me.It's just so big. Get the L2R and you will be more than satisified.

Yes the L2R is big enough for me to take a crap in the compressor, and Im italian!!! Anyway let me know when you get rid of that turbo...how many miles, where is from. Thanks

canela, there is only about 13k on this 20g. it has been ported and clipped 15 degrees. it pulls really strong once you get it to spool up.
and that is the reason i want another turbo, but don't know for sure that
i'm going to get another one. and thanx for the help everyone

Id agree with the www.slowboy.com. Mike has been soooooo nice and helpful and prices are comparable or even better. Everyone can make a turbo but backing it up and actually taking the time to help out makes the company.
