rebuild ?

im going to rebuild my 6bolt block with stock 7:8 compression pistons
would i need to do all that balancing of the rods,crankshaft and etc.
im sticking to stock bore.i really would like to have a 2g piston 6bolt shortblock but i really only have $1100 to spend.anybody with answers please help or if you know people who can rebuild or do the 2g piston 6bolt shortblock for around that neiborhood tell me

1100 should be a great budget. Go to Coneclli get some 95 pistons send the block and the rods off to the machine shop. That is a great motor choice.
