I just did my 14b install a few days ago its not that hard but you need to know what you are doing!

Parts list:
14b turbo w/ wastegate-100
j-pipe-50
1g oil pipe-20
ss oil line -50
turbo gaskets -30 or reuse old one
water pipes-free reused from t25
4.5 qt oil-20
antifreeze

saves you alot of money rather than buying the install kit
it takes a few hours so start early

The bolts that bolt thee oil drain tube into the turbo are different from the T25 as well so you either need new ones or use the ones that may come with the 1g oil drain pipe. Awesome upgrade too good luck.

Parts needed:
14b
1g J-pipe
2g LICP
10" x 2" pipe (with beads welded at ends)
2g oil feed line (oil filter side)
1g oil feed line (turbo side)
1g or 2g drain pipe
1g or 2g water lines (bending needed)
Rubber fuel injection line
High-temp Copper/Silicone gasket maker

Total cost of install kit: $40

1. Cut the 2g LICP inbetween the two 90* bends
2. use 10" long pipe to raise LICP to the 1g J-pipe
3. cut 2g oil feed line near turbo
4. cut 1g oil feed line near the already cut 2g line
5. connect the two feed lines using fuel injection hose
6. install water lines, bend as needed
7. use gasket maker in place of mani->turbo, turbo->o2 housing, o2 housing->downpipe gaskets.

This method of installation has worked for a few people in the past, and over eight months for me personally. Good luck on the install, its worth it :thumb:.
