Will a stock block hold more than 20psi?

I got a 95 gst stock block but recently rebuild. I am currently runing 17.5 psi . My turbo is a super 20g with all supperting mods. Im currently runing 13.3 but want to see if it can break into the 12's. if you guys have any advice help me out please. i would really appreciated. thanks.

tuned it should hold around 24

So in other words i can turn up the boost easily to 20 psi without any trouble at all?

Nothing is a sure thing.. But if your motor is in good working order you should be able to boost 20psi, with the necessary support mods and tuning with no ill effects.
