I have a 2g tsi with intake,exhaust,mbc,bov and a 14b turbo but might upgrade to 16g. What size fuel pump and injectors is good for this setup? and btw im getting a s-afc also!
 
you can go with the smaller upgrade fuel pump like the 190 and some 550's with that set up. i would get the higher flowing pump though like the (255) then when you up grade your turbo later you will have i good pump already in place. they are about the same price for both pumps around 100.

Im going with the walbro 255 fp and denso 550's
What's the difference between s-afc and s-afc II and which is better?

the newer model has more functions and more rpm points you have to adjust the old one has 8 and the new has 12 if i remember correctly. older one adjusts every 500rpm the new one every 200. im not sure of all the new functions you will have to look that up i do not own one. i know you can read knock with the newer model so that is a plus if you do not have a logger of some type. depends on what its worth to you money wise and how much you feel like adjusting your setup.

as for what one is better i do not know i havent ran the newest model someone that has will have to tell you that.

if you kina know what your doing as far as tuning and plan on doing it yourself i would get the s-afc I and get a datalogger to tune with it for the price of the s-afcII....... but that is just my opinion.
 
I wouldn't bother upgrading from a 14b to a 16g... unless it's an EVOIII 16g. In my opinion, the big 16g compressor wheel is not well matched to it's housing and the small 16g is not much of an upgrade over the 14b. Now, I love my small 16g, it's an awesome turbo. But what I'm saying is that the 14b is also an awesome turbo and when I switched I was disappointed. The EVOIII is a hot turbo right now, and for a good reason.
 
I would highly suggest an AFPR setup as well. I just installed one along with the 255lph the thing seriously flows like a waterfall.

I recommend one as well howver you can tune around the higher fuel pressure with your AFC because your only running a 550cc injector pretty easily.

The SAFC2 also has two maps built into it which is nice if you run race gas or something you can have two totally different settings for different conditions and swap between the two. I find the controls on the SAFC2 a bit annoying but thats it.
