Whats the most HP and or boost you can get out of the 95-99 stock Gs-T turbo, before you have to swap it for a new one?

I don't know how much EXACT hp you will get, but I know this:

Stock HP - 210HP top end, 190hp at the wheels
Max boost - 16lbs (but it WILL wear the turbo faster)

i'm new to dsm's but what is average drivetrain loss on fwd cars with a 5speed? Just curious because SCC magazine had a dyno on a 95gst and stock was like 160 something to the wheels. I thought that sounded low but just curoius. I know on rwd v8 cars with 5 speeds are about 16-18% drivetrain loss.

Probably somewhere betweeen 250-260 (with appropriate mods) and about 15-16 psi semi-efficiently. The thing is, if you want to make power, the t25 has to go...

No way, you're not going to put down 250-260 at the wheels with a t25. Even with a fmic, full exhaust, injectors... Just don't think you can do it unless your spray nitrous or go to the extreme with water injection. JBeclipse1 said he did 170 with a filter. I could see 220 whp, maybe.

I think he meant going off of the factory claimed HP 210, which means another 40-50HP. And like you said, up from 170, 40 to 50 HP would be 210-220.
