I change the stock filter to a K&N Injection Kit. Removing the BCS and change the cat-back to a 3", had 40hp increase in powerfull. Amazing ! If you have some information about "how to make this better" please, talk with me !

20-21 psi on stock fuel system not good.

If hes still on the stock upper ic pipe and 2g bov he shouldnt have to worry to much since it leaks above 12psi.

But get a boost guage and MBC right away.

Was this on a DYNO? OR G-tech? :p

You're on your way to the boost bug. Now get a downpipe, UIP, and a MBC. Might want to re-wire the fuel pump, or get a new one altogether. It's a never-ending cycle...

I just change the filter to a K&N and remove the BCS, and I do not change the cat-back yet. What do you think ? Remove the BCS was not a good idea ? If I change the cat-back (3") can be damage to the engine ?
 
Removing the bcs is not a good idea period, at least leave it plugged in.
Get a Boost guage, and a manual boost controller.
I dunno what kind of octane you have in brazil, but if you rewire your fuel pump and run premium you can run 15-16psi.

But you need an upper intercooler pipe and a 1g blow off valve to be able to go over 11-12 psi.

A turbo back will definetely help too.

Yes, help me, but I don´t remove the BCS totaly. Just remove that little restrictor of plastic, inside the pipe... this is not good too ?

You know a good place to send me some parts to Brazil ?
