magnus manifold?

i was wondering if anyone in here has or knows about the magnus intake manifold and its ups and downs and hp/torque increases.

A friend of mine has it on his open track car. On the butt o meter it made significant gains in top end power, especially after 6k. Low end torque staid pretty much the same.
This for the older style manifold with the silicone runners.

I have one, never dyno'd before having it on however. I made 526.6whp with it so far, I still have a nice amount of torque. For example, I spin 555R drag radials until the middle of third. Anyways, its great, have a nice powerband, and a good amount of torque.
