I've hear that AGP turbo clips there exhaust wheel is this true? Also I've also heard that Garret turbine wheel hate being clip?

Well, just check out their website and only information I could find
was with regards to the conventional bushing turbos - specifically
the L1.

Note, product description is as follows:

*-clipped standard T3 exhaust wheel

Just check out www.agpturbo.com for any additional questions. Plus,
if you want the definative answer ... call them, they are great
with answering all my questions.

As for whether the exhaust wheels like it or not, not sure ... again,
may want ask them. Or obviously the board members [as you've
already done].

All the GT BB turbine wheels have a factory 15^ clip built in. Garrett turbine wheels respond great to clipping. Garrett even clips thier own wheels and offers them under different part numbers w/ and w/o clip.
