ok, i did some research and i cant find out how to remove my cruse control that also include pics for my 1g.

if anyone has a link or anything how to do this, please give it to me.\

also, what power will come to blocking off the EGR? why would i want to do these and why do ppl do it.

i guess, i dont need a EGR, i have a cyclone intake manifold. so theres no EGR on the cyclone.

wow, noone knows how? noone here has ever done it before to a 1g?

you buy a new or used throttle cable.

you unbolt everything you can see that is attached to the throttle butterfly

you install the new cable.

Now, removing the actual steering column switch... might be harder
 
On a 91, the switch is in the windshield wiper stalk, so it's probably going to be staying.

Perhaps someday I'll gain the wisdom to understand why anyone wants to remove CC.

1. Mine was already broken
2. The 3 throttle cables were binding up
 
You need a noncruise throttle cable. Takes about 15 min. I never use CC. I like to be in control of the car at all times, CC takes you away from that...
I removed mine about 3 yrs ago. I love it..... :talon:

#1. My car gets 20 mpg or less... its not going on the highway

#2. More room to work in and around and under the throttle body area
