I just installed a U.I. pipe and a 255 walbro fuel pump with the rewire kit. Now when I'm driving the car starts to bog down around 4,000 RPMs and I can't go over 4-5 lbs of boost. My A/F gauge don't show how rich or lean I am when this happens to my car. I have a 90 AWD Talon TSi. Any help will be appreciated.

Have you checked for boost leaks? Do you have a datalogger? Did you leave anything unplugged accidently like your MAS :D

Tomorrow a friend of mine and I are going to check for boost leaks. I don't have a logger and I checked all connections. They were good. I'm hoping it's a simple boost leaks some where. I'm going to try using a gasket sealer on the throttle body elbow gasket and try new cuplings.

I surprised the car would eve start w/o the MAS plugged in. But is does sound like you have a leak. Double check those IC couplers.

It turns out the fuel pump we put in wasn't flush with the fitting and costed the problem. I couldn't go over 2-5 lbs of boost and the car started to studder around 3500 RPMs. Thanks for the info. guys.
