Bad results from intake leak test

I built a leak tester from vfaq. How long is intake supposed to hold pressure. Mine doesn't hold pressure very long at all. The leak is around #2 and #3 injectors. Has anyone ever had this problem before. What do I need to do to fix it. I can't even get pressure above 16psi. Is that why my car is so slow all of the sudden. I just put in a big 28 and at first it pulled like hell at 15psi. After I turned up the boost to 18 psi it pulled hard for about a day and now it sucks. Did turning up the boost cause the leak. If so What can I do to prevent this from happening again. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

LoL...My leak is at the IM/head gasket. Now you don't feel so bad do ya

I'd simply replace the grommets which go between the head and the injectors. I believe RRE(www.roadraceengineering.com) has them for reasonably cheap or go to your local mitsu dealer and talk with them. That should stop the leak.

That's where my leak is.

(and to make you feel better, last night I also had a huge fuel leak there on my project talon. Good thing I've noticed pools of fuel sparkling in the intake manifold cavity BEFORE we went for a test drive....)

Do you think your boost leak is bad? It was a cool night out, and I took my car out for a little drive. I hit 21 psi and I heard a pop. I hit the throttle nothing. I popped the hood and the intercooler pipe off the turbo blew off. Good thing I was close enough to limp home. Talk about a loud spooling turbo.
