I was thinking wouldnt it be nice to know the inlet and outler temps of your intercooler. I started searching the internet for something...but I only found 1 site that had something to offer, it didnt look that nice though and it was two hundred something dollars. Anybody ever hear of one or accualy have one? I just think that would be nice to know and monitor...only if you had some money to throw around i would get it.

A tried and true K-type thermocouple should work fine, be cheap, and allow you to use your EGT gauge. With a little ingenuity, you could set up one gauge to switch back and forth between the two, or get a dual EGT gauge. I think I have seen more specific items for checking IC temp, but this would be the way to do it on the cheap, with parts you probably already have.

SPI made an air temp gauge. I bought one and installed it in my car. It worked fine for a few weeks, but then went weird. Whenever I would turn on my parking light the temp would fluctuate a good 40 deg. I never did find another SPI gauge or any manf. that made one.
