what this TB from?

im replacing the head on my car and the new head i got came w/ the intake manifold and a throttle body. well new TB from the new head has 2 vaccums on top and 2 on the side. while my old one has all 4 vaccums on top. this new head i got is a turbo head. can anyone tell me why this TB is different? and should i change it w/ my other Tb w/ all4 vaccums on the top? or it doesnt make a difference?

That TB is from a 90, put yours on it.

No that doesn't matter.

You may need to change fuel rails. On the '90, the throttle position sensor is a bit different and can interfere with fitment due to it not fitting behind the fuel rail. I had a problem with this on mine, so just letting you know. Aside from that, it all bolts up with no problem.
