Ok i added a boost gauge, a/f gauge, and an XBC and i am very pleased with the results except now my check engine light is constantly on? i dont think its bad wires, cause i used those taps... when i instaled the xbc, i complealty removied the BCS? is tht the problem? how can i fix it?

yeah when u remove the bcs... it will throw a CEL on 2Gs what you should do is plug in the BCS again and plug both nipples with plugs

-Hey dukmahsik: did they ever give you any trouble at the smog place on your ext W/G?

NO, that didnt work? it dosent make sense, i dont remeber the light coming on when i set the boost, in the first 2 test drives, and then it came on... i have the bost set to about 12 lbs, so i dont think its knoking or something? man... could it have to do with taping the wires for the s/f gauge, i taped them all off ecu leads with wire taps as was sugested on the 1000 questions site... its agravating cause i dont know if it is a big problem or not

After you re-connect it, disconnect your Battery for 2 min, then reconnect it... the CEL will be gone.

Just plugging it back in will not make it go away, it stores a "problem" untill cleared, or untill power - loss.

try checking your oil. i went thru all that searching and found it just needed a top off
