what happens if I turn the boost down to 0 psi. will it hurt the car???by the way I have a 95 gst.

You cant turn your boost down past whatever the wastegate spring is set at. IE: T25 is set to 12-13psi stock, you cannot go any lower than that.

You can only turn it down to what the wastegate allows. No, it will not hurt it.

Sorry but your both wrong, If you disconnect the wastegate arm from the actual flapper itself it will just swing in the breeze and open at any pressure allowing you to build maybe 1-2psi, and no it won't hurt anything.

Just curious if this is true how would one boost creep. With my wastegate open i wind up building an extra 10pounds. Anyway if you don't want to boost...just don't boost. You can drive without making psi.

eh?

youre creeping like mofo then, if the wastegate stayed closed you would build even more then 10lbs extra.

I know i would. The sunnabytch fuel cuts once i hit 20. But yea i am creeping like a mofo. I'm currently in the process of curing it i hate not being able to race cause of the chance of fuel cut.

You boost creep because the wastegate doesn't open very much when it is connected to the actuator.

With the actuator disconnected, the flapper can swing freely and open up much more. Usually like this you will only build 0-5 psi, by redline.
