Keep one thing in mind. Getting right DSM plug wires is pretty tricky. Because our ignition coils are extremely strong, they are very good at finding even the smallest flaws in plug wires. Case and point, Accell 8.8 (or what ever their size is) plug wires, which do not work very in DSMs. So before I get MSD wires, I would check to see what luck others are having with them.

As for needing 10mm wires on 600hp cars… The only cars that need 10mm wires are show cars. Or at least, that is the case with the Magnacores. It is possible that other brands have inferior 8-8.8mm wires and need 10mm for higher HP and if that is the case, then why not just get the Magnacores?

Plug wires is not a place where you should look for saving money. That $20 of savings will be eaten up at your first wasted trip to the track…

Until I hear some independent feedback from fast people (not a bunch of 13-14sec cars), I would only recommend using NGK or Magnacore plug wires.
