Hey guys, i am thinkin to get the following for a '95 gs-t wit a 6bolt swap (Which already has 510cc injectors, a jet ecu, big 16g turbo)

Dejon MBC--> Setting boost at 11 for Daily Driving and 18 on the weekends
A/F Gauge & Boost Gauge
EvoIII P&P O2 Sensor
Intake w/ Air Filter-->which do u recomend, what setup?
Down-pipe (2.5" Inlet, 3" Outlet)
Turbo Back Exhaust (3” Straight Pipes)
Walbro 190lph Fuel Pump
Front Mount Intercooler w/ IC Piping
ACT 2600 Clutch--> Is this still street drivable?)
Lightened flywheel
AFC or AFC-II

I want to know what are the chances i would get boost creep? Is there something i can do to avoid it? THanks

I don't think you will have any creep problems and yes a 2600 is very streetable.

Is the exhaust housing on your 16g ported. If not i think you will get creep especially with no cat. The 16g exhaust housings are dumb cause the wastegate hole isn't exposed enough if you port the exhaust housing that should help.(I am creeping heavily now, i'm pullin my 16 this weekend for porting.

Don't get a 190 fuel pump. A 255 is not much more and you can make over 450 to the wheels with one.

If you get a 255 plan on getting an adjustable fuel pressure regulator too. If you don't you'll only be beating yourself up trying to tune the car with a non linear fuel curve.

yea i heard about the AFPR needed on 255 pumps, but i think i can be able to use the 190 and have plenty left over. How much can a 1g BOV take (boost-wise) and the 1g engine i am getting in the 2g gst comes w/ 510cc injectors, whats the max on those??

TIA

Well don't know about any where eles, but hear in good old Iowa. I haven't seen one dsm with a fpr unless it's some bad ass car. I know of lots of cars, atleast one that made 481 with a 255 and stock fpr. On the low end one that made 273 with no fpr. Even lower a stock car with nothing but a 255 that runs like stock. You don't need one, why buy a fuel pump twice.

I know one thing and it is from first hand experience, if you want to have your fuel trims close to right you'll need a AFPR with a 255. I know, I tried running without it and it is frustrating trying to tune a car that has 45lbs of base fuel pressure that doesn't get linear until you are making 8-10 psi of boost!! I would either go with a 255 and AFPR or go with a 190. Sure, you can run a 255 with no AFPR if you live in a world where WOT is the norm and peak HP is all that matters. Where I live I want to be able to drive the car without guzzling fuel like a big block Chevy so I got an AFPR. My Galant runs 12's on a 14B with no Nitrous, I think I know a thing or two about tuning ;) .
