pull the head off and check and see if any valves are bent and if the valves hit the pistons. You might get away with just going to the junkyard and getting a new head, or even just replacing some parts in your head.

It looks like you bent a bunch of valves bad enough to pop the cam followers off. You might get away with rebuilding the head but you won't know for sure until you take the head off.
Worst case scenario you broke the head of the valves which got smacked pretty hard by the pistons resulting in possible broken pistons, bent rods, busted combustion chambers in the head and/or others.
Don't try to guess just take the head off and you will know.

Yeah, Im going to do that this weekend.

Im thinking of just getting another JDM 6bolt and selling my 14b i have now, the cyclone intake mani, and the 6 bolt block i have now (if it isnt damaged)

do yourself a favor and just buy a stock complete head from the classifieds or trader for 150 and be done with it.

Hopefully the pistons and the block arent damaged and a new head is all i'll need. Im pulling the head today to see how everything is. If its just the head, I can get one from a friend for like $100. *Hoping*
