My 2cents:

AVC-R: Sucks to program. Get a Profec B Or Blitz
ACT2100:Go with a ACT 2600.
Unorthodox Pulleys: DSM-Performance pulleys are much cheaper for the same thing (unles you want red, blue,or black colors).
Clutchmasters Flywheel: Get a Fidanza.
Venom Sheetmetal Intake: Get the Polk one.
IRC Street core:Just spend the extra 250 and get the Race Core.

Wish I had that kind of loot, but I would say you have a decent plan other than the clutch unless you plan on running extremely low boost.
I would say go 2600, you might as well.I have also heard the AVC-R is a pain to program but I know someone who has it and loves it so it's just a matter of choice.I like it because it does other things than just set your boost like monitor injector duty cycle for example.Anyway Good Luck Corey.

I agree, get a 2600 and a different flywheel, Fidanza or JUN.

And um dude, you will defiantely be over-powering your brakes and suspension. Plan for some slotted or drilled rotors(about 150 for the front rotors and you really don't need the rears but you can get the stock rears slotted or just buy a set of Powerslots and you can scavenge a set of 2g twin piston calipers for the front from a junkyard or dsmtrader), steel braided lines and larger calipers with some stiffer shocks. ;)
