Grant, take your time, breate, THEN post...ONCE.

Nice Nice,

what about the ecu connections, how did you do it?

do NOT! DO NOT USE THE VAMP CLIPS FOR THE ECU THEY GIVE YOU!! they are crap and after a bout a year they will come unconnected my best advice is to sodder everything into place that way u dont have to worry about it :p and when you unhook your factory wastegate solonoid make sure you leave it in place and plugged in...unhook all the hoses from it but leave the solonoid or your CE light comes on and u will fail emissions

umm i completely removed my factory solenoid with a profec B and no CEl....you mesed somethin up

hrmm not according to my logger it said the ce light is on because of solonoid so i failed echeck..i pop the baby back in and boom everythings fixed :p

haha,
thanks guys.
is there any better way to connect to ecu than soldering?

i was considering getting a junk ecu, and the ecu wires out of my galant front clip, and making a ecu extension cable, to solder to, what do you think?

how do you have the wastegate setup?
im not sure if mine is right

no there is no better way than soddering. soddering isnt a big deal at all and its not going to hurt anything if your careful. The way the manual tells you to connect is by using vamp taps that you can get at home depot. Than wrap them in electrical tape. I wouldnt suggest this because over time they will become lose and than it might be a bi*** to fix later. Mine are soddered...it went well.

soldering is the best way if you know how to solder. if youre not good at it you might want to practice just putting junk wires together, but another good solution is to use "barrel" connectors. they are basicly rubber barrels with conductive metal inside. stick wires in opposite sides, crimp each side with pliers/crimpers. and you have a solid connection 10x better then a wire nut which come loose very easily

We are past the wire hookups.

my question is the vac line hookup for wastegate.

i was looking at the diagram, and it looks like one port goes to the wastegate, the other port goes to the turbo outlet nipple.

is this right?

i have mine setup like the origional stock bcs is, with the other nipple hooked up to the intake pipe nipple on the maf

ok, why couldnt anyone do this for me.
i figured it out.

IS THIS RIGHT
