Need your [collective] advice:
Got this car, turbo's shot.... But the engine in it is from a '91 Laser RS that had overheated and warped the head.... When the engine was rebuilt, the head was shaved, so now it's running more than the stock[NT] 9 to 1....The question is: if I put a working turbo on there, do I need to worry about the higher compression w/stock internals on pump gas?...and if not, what should I keep the boost at?.....BTW, there are no mods/car is stock, and only 15K on the engine[which runs like a champ, but I'd like more power]......

if u wanna put a turbo on it run it at low boost.get a data logger and then u can turn the boost up just watch for knock.
