RRE Downpipe Vs. Apex N1 Downpipe

I am just curious as to everyones thoughts on these two downpipes. Some will say a downpipe is a downpipe, but I've heard rumors that the N1 Downpipe is crap. Just looking for opinions, because I have the Apex N1 exhaust.

most of the dsm'ers in my local area all have apexi N1 turbo back exhausts.. i like they're sound and seems that everyone chooses the apexi n1....

i like them myself, planning on getting one....

Yeah, I didn't plan on running a cat. The dilemna comes in when I see the two, because RRE says the Apex N1 downpipe is junk, but who know? They are probably just trying to sell you there product.

A downpipe is a downpipe...

RRE is the last vendor that trys to sell their stuff over a pre-made part. The main reason RRE says it is crap (if they do) is because the flex section in the pre-made exhausts necks down to 2.25". RRE makes their stuff for performance only. Looks are not the priority.

If it was my money, I'd get the RRE pipe. They are by far the best vendor I've ever delt with.

i dont personally know anything about the RRE downpipe but the apexi one works just fine for me.. only problem Ive noticed is the bottle neck at the flex pipe..it looks like the flex pipe is only 2 1/2 inches
