Installing Dejon MBC2a

After doing a lot of reading Im actually more confused on waht to do. Im int he process of installing a dual stage mbc from Dejon tool and dont know what i can safely turn the boost upto. I don not have any fuel system upgrades or a data logger. I was going to purchase a logger but i dont have much tuning experience so i thought it would be usless to me. Can i safely run 17 psi on stock internals with about 91000 miles of old lady daily driven (1000 since i bought it)

its retarded to go above 16 psi on a t25. almost as retarded as a dual mbc.
