20 install question

i drive a 2g eclipse and just bought a 20g from turbochargers.com my question is that my friend told me that it will bolt right up and that i dont need the install kit if true what do i need to get it on

There is an install kit for a 16g about half way down, it is the same install kit as a 20g requires. The only thing u will not need is the manifold, just use the one u have. Give them a call and tell them u want that kit but with out the manifold. They will seperate it for ya and give u a good price. Hope this helps

ok im sorry but mustg5 you have everything mixed up; you need to do a little more research:
1. a 20G has a outlet facing straight down so a 16G install kit wont work. A 16G requires a J-pipe because they outlet is at an akward place.
2. The one with the manifold is meant for 1G Turbos that have A/T because they run a smaller turbo 13G

P.S.- all you need is a 90 degree weld to connect it to your stock I/C piping. Also the Td06H housing is the same way

the 16g kit will work but your paying for an extra J pipe u dont need.
