I am running 13psi of boost, but when I raise my boost to 15psi my oil dipstick gets lose. Also when at 15psi my turbo makes a loud whisle noise. Any ideas why this noise?
Does this mean my engine is blown or my turbo?
The car just does not feel the same in power....

For the dipstick you can one of two things. First you can zip tie it down, PITA if you ask me sence you should be checking your oil on a weekly basis. Or you can take some vice grips and crimp the metal piece thats around the dipstick inward. There is probably nothing wrong with your turbo. Do you have white smoke coming out your exhaust at WOT?
