Saskatoon,
Custom exhaust W/O cat, FPR, manual boost controller, K&N, modded air can, Oversized Valves, ported and polished, forged 9:1 JE pistons. These are my "Power Mods" and I was wondering what kind of gains can I expect from a chip?

You never mentioned what chip you want or what turbo you have.

However, generally a chip gives you some added power with more aggressive fuel and timing maps. Most of them give you added features like being able to program the boost controller to act as other gauges, two step rev-limiters etc..

TMO's software has been duplicated and sold cheaply on ebay and other places now and many people have it and say it's pretty good.

I'm not a big chip person myself, I used an SAFC and DIS2 to accomplish what I wanted. Eventually I wanted more control so a chip was out of the question and I went with AEM EMS so we'll see how it goes.
