MachV Rocket Sigma Turbocharger

On www.machv.com, they have the Rocket Sigma Turbocharger for $1800~, pushes they say upwards of 500hp, but is it orth it, or is there a better turbo that will push more? ALSO, they say the SPOOL UP is SLOW, huge turbo lag, ?bad thing?, and can it be fixed, if so how?

That's stupid. I know a lot about turbos and I still have questions about specific turbos. I've never ran a TS04 so I want to know what it's like, does that mean I'm not ready for it?
