Transmission slipping out of gear:(

okay so on my way back from work i was driving and everytime i drive like a reasonable human being it slips out of gear and revs up.. but when i turbo bag around it shifts fine, i checked the level at work and noticed it was a bit low so i topped it up and it didnt help..

Anyone know the issue?

Edit this happens extremely frequently not a once in a while thing

Check your levels. Might be low.

I already topped up my fluid though

No one has any idea what it could be?
