auto trans cooler mount

I was looking through the directions for my cooler last night and they said to mount the outlets facing towards your stock cooler, I think for ease of installation. Well I mounted mine with the outlets facing down. You think this will hurt anything?

looks like the lines would be to close to the ground and could get cut or ripped out since it looks to low.
