I know this really isnt the place to put it, but figured it would get noticed quicker. I have a 89 2.0 nt that i converted to turbo. I need a nt fwd auto trany, or a turbo tranny if it will fit in. Let me know if you have [email protected]

Here's a site which should help you figure the interchangeability. If the tranny you have in the car worked after you did your turbo conversion ... I'd strongly recommend sticking with exactly that same tranny. I've had all sorts of trouble with people claiming others would work for me but wouldn't. BTW, don't go by looks ... all F4A222's I've seen look identical but apparently have different internal parts and need specific TCU's to work them. The number is easy to find ... it's on top of the tranny, on a flat spot just to the left of where the two fluid coolant hoses go into the tranny.

well here's my issue. I just got done with the conversion. All of a sudden, it is leaking from near the torque converter.....pretty sure it is the seal. It has been sitting since october, so i am thinking it may have dried out a bit.... I am going to try the seal conditioner addative this weekend, after i drain the fluid.. Can't hurt to try it instead of pulling the damn thing.
