HKS 272's in a 2G fwd,awd AT , Anybody?

I just got a hold of a set of HKS 272's cams. I hava '97 Ecliose GST A/T. All suporting mods 3" exhaust from turbo all the way back,S16G turbo,FMIC,550cc,ALL supporting mods Best time(2yrs ago) 13.1@105mph w/ half the mods i got, but my trans went out, I'm on my 2nd trans and it's going bad Pretty soon I'm going to need a 3rd trans. My next few steps are internals. My Q's is i heard HKS 272's in 2G AT's produce ALOT of lag till UPPPER rpms and speed. Is anybody running HKS 272's in a 2G AT. How does the car hanclle on the street/track ? most of all how is the trans taking it? Does it slip or feel anything when you floor it from cruising speeds? I don't mind if the car iddles bad w/ the 272's. I'm wondering about the trans and performance. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Im wondering the same thing, also on the other ones. 264s i believe, or even the 264/272 combo

I have 272s, 1G head and intake manifold with a B16g. As of now, I roast through all my gears on a hard brake torqued launch. Driving daily, it's fine. Boost comes on too soon, almost annoyingly soon. In D with the OD on and part throttle, I begin boost by 2400. WOT, I get full boost by 2800 (18psi).

Im affraid to drive my car when i get it back. Just found a built motor and head with crower stage 3 cams. We will see what happens, quicker boost would be nice, my t04s 60-1 hits full boost at like 4000
