ok now that my injector pulse width is no longer capped i have began to up my base timing again and also started to add more boost and the car is steadily becoming horribly fast thanks to the 60-trim turbo liking the 29+psi. however up until this point my tranny has gave no problems what so ever but now it is slipping going in to 3rd under 29psi! at say 20psi it does not seems to slip at all going into 3rd.my tranny looking to be clean when i installed the shift kit months ago and looked fine when i replaced a seeping pan gasket a couple of weeks ago and it shifts out good and firm at lower rpm ,overall it seems to be healthy......so my question is it possible to up the line pressure or adjust the band to help this problem or am i most likly over powering the front clutch(3rd)?

With that set up, you are beyond just getting away with just a shift kit.
