have you guys ever had your car tuned at the dyno? does it help?.. how much hps does it inprove? should i do it?

It can't hurt. Just make sure your car is in 100% condition i.e. no leaks of any kind. When I dynoed I gained 20whp and almost 20tq, but I still had an oil leak, and some other type of minor boost leak.
Also, use a dyno and the same dyno as a means of testing where your base is at, and where it ended. I never use those numbers as solid. For solid HP numbers take your weight vs. MPH
