ok, transdude here what i'm working with ...its a 94' mitsu expo awd with of course a w4a33 auto trans.Symptom: no foward or reverse gears all of sudden, i dont know if this happened while driving or parked i do know that the guy had someone change the fliud and filter ,still nothing .Here is my dilimma.....i can pick this thing up cheap and the engine runs great.the problem.... i cannot afford to sink alot of money in it.also i have looked at the tcu (which only has 2 plugs?) and it visably looks fine. i am a tech here at a local shop here in my town but we dont mess with trannys other than service, but for the price i can get this for i can use it as a learning exprience but it would be great to drive it verses my duelie chevy everyday....any tips or checks to perform would be great thanks! oh yeah i'm looking into cking the solonoids... :thumb:

The symptom that the vehicle has will not be fixed electrically.

Possible causes include broken axles, driveshaft or t-case- you will observe that the speedo is moving even when the vehicle is not in this case.

The other possible cause is a damaged transmission and/or torque converter.
