Thanks again to John and his crew at IPT for making my tranny better than it was the first time they did it!!! Seriously, I thought it kicked ass before, but now it is just simply awesome in the shifts!! Damn the drive home to PA was fun.
Some of you all know I had my tranny fully built from John awhile back...and I loved it, but then I got used to the shifting and wanted to step up the pressure alot (went conservative with spring rates the first time). I still wanted a firmer shift than what was already done plus John had a couple other things he wanted to do.
Well today after driving it all I can say it whatever you did worked GREAT John!! This thing shifts like my buddies EVO with a 2600 ACT installed easily!! I think this will take some getting use to but it sure is nice to have such a firm shift like this. This blows away the last round of mods you did to it. Man I am impressed!! The gear rocks too.
So let me quit ranting, I just wanted to say to anyone listening that you will not go wrong with these guys at IPT. And a word of advice...if you are able to, then have IPT not only do the rebuild but ALSO the install. If you have to send it to them that is great but really research the shop that will be installing it for you. You live in Jersey or close by then you're lucky. I am glad I had John do it this time!
