BCS Restrictor Removal Explained!

Alright... I just did this free mod, haven't had a chance to drive yet, but I wanted to write up a tutorial on how to do it. The only real tutorial is for 1g's and the site is down. Well, heres a write up for 2g's and it was REALLY easy to do.

There is where the restrictor is located. Obviously, the intake was already removed. The BCS is directly below the intake, circled in green.

Theres a close up of what the BCS looks like.

These images show which fitting the restrictor is in. You can see how there is a little hole that is a different shade of black then the rest of the BCS. Thats the restrictor.

This is the BCS with the restrictor removed. You can't see that much of a difference because of my crappy $50 ebay digi cam, but it is a sizeable difference.

This is the screw I used with the restrictor still on the end. I just put it into the middle and screwed it in a little, then pulled. First couple of times it came out a little, then I just needed to rescrew it in. I did it by hand, it is really simple.

That's it. Total time? About 5-10 minutes.

Hope this helps people.
