If you need a bov

I highly recommend the NGR performance type-S blow off valve. For all you people that want the sound so bad and are sick of having you car run bad because you don't wanna recirculate or get SD or GM MAF and translator...this is for you.

even when recirculated this bov sounds amazing and will not leak! (like the old greddy)

this is a cheap alternative to the hks and higher priced bovs and good product overall.

I love mine.

---$5--- - NGR - NEXT GENERATION RACING - HOME

now they have black too...not just purple.

You could also do the 1g bov crush and dodge garage mod for about $25 including the bov. that will hold about 30 psi.

"Our goal is to create new innovate products for this industry. We started off with the NGR Type-S Blow off Valve, but we plan on creating more quality products that consumers will love. "

umm, whats so "New" about taking a Greddy Type-S and duplicating it? You didnt "create" jack shit.

And for $150? You can get a real deal used Greddy Type-S for that (if not less), or you can get a knockoff ebay one for $30 and some shipping.

Well many people complained about the greddy one leaking and this one does not.

They have a picture of the diaphram they use and the one greddy uses.

Also it holds more boost and sounds like a greddy but cheaper.

I don't know why you insist on arguing.

I spent $129 BTW not $150

They are filling a gap in the marketplace. The old type s leaks, the knock off aren't high quality. People want the sound with better performance. I haven't heard any bad things about them, have you? It's not like there aren't videos and pictures to back up their claims. I'm actually considering buying their replacement diaphragm for my Greddy Type S.

Well said. I actually bought the NGR to replace my Greddy Type-S because the threads on the adjuster stripped when I was tightening it down more.

All I have to say is thank god that the Type S came with the car when I bought it. B/c If I purchased that BOV and it broke doing something as simple as tightening the adjustment I would have been calling everyone and everything I could have to let them know and demanding money back.

Anyways I have been running the NGR for about 2 weeks at 15-18 lbs. Performs EXACTLY like the Type-S. I don't think it was a bad buy at all. They offer it in black too which is pretty B.A. looking.

I had one of these on my old DSM. When they FIRST came out and were listed one at a time on ebay. Got it for $99 shipped, along with a free flange (which was too thin and warped right away causing a huge BL)

I got a pretty good whistle out of it recirc'd....if it was vented, it probably would've been way better. Good BOV (I had the black one)

Honestly though, just buy the $20 knockoff version and buy the OBX diaphragm for $30 or whatever it is. It'll save you money. They're making bank off of this "revision".

recirculated sounds pretty nice,If i ever do decide to upgrade the 1g bov, i might try these guys out.. But hey, I am in no hurry to get a louder one. Rather fix my lifter ticking. I do however like the fact that videos were of all eclipses. Very nice

Does anyone know if their diaphragm will work in the knock off type s? I bought a 1g over the weekend that has the knock off. Dang thing leaks like a mofo and sounds terrible to boot.
