I ordered a megan racing underdrive pulley from undergroundmotorsports. All together was under $70 shipped. The part is listed as fitting 95-99's, but if fit my 91 GST flawlessly.
The part fit very well, and didn't require a new alternator belt (i don't know about A/C because i don't have A/C). Bolted right on, very good fitment, very accurately constructed.
I can't tell if i gained any power, but the pulley is cheaper than the stock replacement, and significantly lighter. I can feel no additional roughness, nor can i hear any additional noise. It feels like the revs drop slightly faster than stock, just enough to be noticeable.
I recommend the part if you're doing the timing belt and your factory crank damper needs replaced.
