Alright, heres how you install the hks ssq recirculation kit. This was done for my 1g but applies to 2g as well, its fairly simple.
First, take off your hks ssq bov from the uicp or a part of the ucip liek I did.
Here are the screw locations you will have to remove in order to ge tthe shiny metal casing off.
To remove the screws, you need an Allen (Hex) key. Locate the appropriate one.
.093 , yep its a 3/32 hex.
Heres what the bov looks like with the casing screwed off.
Clean it out with kerosene and compressed air spray makes it look like new :)
Now put the aluminum fitting that came with the kit into the casing like so.
Now screw the casing back on with the aluminum fitting in place
Now you're left with a nice shiny star that the bov came with , which the aluminum fitting took it's place.
Ok, now go put the bov back on, or the intake pipe along with the bov. Put the 2nd aluminum fitting into the hole of your intake pipe and connect it with the rubber tubing that came with the kit (1g may have to go to murrays to get longer pipe like I have to). Now clamp down both the bov aluminum fitting end and the intake pipe end and voila you're done.
