RRE Catch Can Install (For guys with Upgrades SS Fuel Lines)

I am going to show you how to use your stock fuel filter mounting bracket to mount the RRE catch can real nice.

First remove your stock fuel filter of course, and remove the bracket from the car (just the clamp part). Then you will notice there is one small bolt which is a 10mm. Remove this bolt and find one just like it that is longer. Pull the clamp open some and slide it over the RRE catch can, then use a vise grips to pull the clamp together a little bit (the part the 10mm bolt goes through).

Put the longer bolt through and tighten it up. Go install it back into the car with the 2 12mm bolts.

Before bolting back into the car you will have to slightly bent the hard fuel line under that area a little bit towards the driver side. (so thats it inbetween the catch can and the rear motor mount). Because I know most of use with SS fuel lines use that line for our return line.

I will attach some pics of the catch can mounted in place, real nice place to have it. And it can be easily removed with those 2 12mm bolts to drain it. No mess all over your engine bay.

Pics show a 2g, but will more than likely work on a 1g too by me just looking at one.
